  We have Dr. Parenton as our family vet. She is far above and beyond what you would expect from a family vet. She helps us take care of our pet family members with a keen sense of professionalism. She is a very understanding and compassionate person with great bedside manner, something sadly lacking in vets these days. We recently lost one of our loving pets quite unexpectedly.   Dr. Laurie Parenton has been the doctor we have seen the most, along with Dr. Jerry Greene. Dr. Parenton's care and concern is above and beyond what I get from most people doctors. She answers all questions and will call if a message is left for her. The staff is also very caring, especially Christine, who knows the sound of my voice and will ask how my cat is doing.   I recently moved to Florida from New Mexico, along with my 15 year old dog, Chinook. I have had to visit the VCA Little Animal Hospital twice and saw both Dr. Laura Parenton (she rocks, by the way--very informative and a warm hearted person) and then Dr. Green (also very informative and detailed). I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to put their "kids" in the hands of caring professionals.
