Elizabeth, originally from West Virginia moved to a 10 acre farm in Florida about 6 years ago. She has always been active in FFA, showing cattle, chickens and pigs, and living on a farm gave her room to have all the animals she needed. Elizabeth attended Hudson High School and Marchman Technical Education Center where she was in the Veterinary Assistant program. There she gained knowledge from large animals to reptiles and birds. She graduated in 2011 and continued to be active in 4H and was also FFA president. Elizabeth strives to know all areas of the veterinary field. She started her career in grooming and boarding before becoming a Veterinary Assistant and now is currently a receptionist with us. She will be attending St Pete College soon to fulfill her dream of becoming a Certified Veterinary Technician.
I love my job because I love animals. I also love meeting new people who want to take care of their animals. I love answering questions if it means that somebody may go home with new information that may help them take better care of their animals. Animals have always been my passion and talking and helping the people that own them and help them as well.
I was born in Brandon, FL and moved to Port Richey in 2000 with my family. I grew up loving to work with people and interacting with them on a day to day basis. Helping people and making their day a little less stressful is something I aim for.
I love working closely with clients and getting to know their “fur” children. Greeting them with a smile is what I strive to do everyday and I hope that my smile helps them through what is ever going on in their life. Being the first person they see when they walk through our doors and the last person they see when they leave, I want to make them feel like we are a family here and make them feel comfortable.
