    Charlotte Rice
    School: Animal Behavior College

    Charlotte is a recent addition to our team, having started in early 2014. She attended the Animal Behavior College and recently received her certification as a veterinary assistant. She is currently working on becoming a certified dog trainer, and also has certifications as a personal trainer and cosmetology instructor. Charlotte currently resides in Hill with her husband, pit bull terrier Ruby, and her domestic shorthair Patches. She enjoys gardening and exercising in her spare time. What Charlotte enjoys most about working for VCA is knowing she is helping to save animals in need. Charlotte's professional goals currently include working o her dog obedience trainer certificate.


  • Groomer

    Kelly Berg

    Kelly Berg has been a NH native all her life. She's always had a passion and love for working with animals and at a very young age she knew that's what she wanted to do. She started working for Lakes Region Veterinary Hospital in 1999 where she was a kennel tech for 2 years. In 2001, she apprenticed for a groomer and started her career grooming cats and dogs in the hospital. Kelly also has a passion for Maine Coon cats and Siberian Huskies. She is a Maine Coon breeder and has over a dozen cats. She also trains and races sled dogs competitively in New England. She has 17 Siberian Huskies. Her hobbies are sled dog racing, cat shows, NASCAR racing and watching movies. She has a twin sister, Kim, who also works part time at Lakes Region Veterinary Hospital as a groomer. Kelly's sister Kim also competes with the dogs and cats. She currently lives in Ashland, NH.
