Amanda Rigterink, DVM, Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Rigterink has been in clinical practice for 10 years and has been doing behavior consultations since graduation from the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine. Currently, she is doing a residency in the specialty of Veterinary Behavior to become board certified by the American College of Veterinary Behaviorists (ACVB). She is an active member of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) and the American Veterinary Society of Animal Behavior (AVSAB). In her free time, Dr. Rigterink enjoys spending time with her husband and their son and daughter, two dogs, Gus and Kona, and cat, Lola. She loves to travel with her family.
