Why I do what I do:
Ever since a child I wanted to be a Veterinarian. The dream was realized in 1962
when I graduated form the University of Pennsylvania Veterinary School.
Upon graduation I joined the US Public Health Service and was stationed at the National Institutes of Health. After two years in Washington, D.C. I returned to the Philadelphia area working for Merck Pharmaceutical Company in the section of Biological Quality Control. Finally in 1967 I founded Knightswood Animal Hospital where I have practiced for the past 47 years.
