Our Hospital

At VCA Kingwood Animal Hospital, your pet's health is our top priority, and excellent service is our goal. We know that your pet is an important family member and we treat them as if they were our own. Each pet is different in its own way and we treat them all with same care and attention they deserve. While our focus is on wellness exams and preventive care, we are also are fully equipped to treat illnesses and provide hospitalization, dental care and surgical procedures, as needed.

Our hospital is located in Kingwood Texas, at Green Oak and Kingwood Drive. We are open Monday through Friday, 7 a.m.–6 p.m., and Saturday, 8 a.m.–12 p.m.

At VCA Kingwood Animal Hospital, we are accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA), which is recognized as the world's leading association for small practitioners.

Our equipment and procedures are regularly evaluated to ensure compliance with AAHA Veterinary care standards. We strive to prevent disease and illness whenever possible.

Since pets age, on average, up to seven times faster than people, we recommend twice-yearly examinations. At that, we will review your vaccination history and make recommendations on what vaccines are needed for your pet.

The risks of cancer, diabetes, obesity, arthritis, heart disease and other serious conditions all increase with age.

Routine examinations should include complete blood counts and chemistry tests to evaluate organ function to ensure your pet a healthy and longer life.
