    Kellie Fortune
    Veterinary Tech School: Pima Medical Institute
    School: Pima Medical Institute, Vet Asst

    Kellie is a licensed veterinary technician who joined the VCA Kent team in April of 2009. She graduated from the Pima Medical Institute Veterinary Technician Program in 2012, earning an associates degree in veterinary applied sciences. Her pets include an orange tabby cat named Bella, a calico cat named Daisy, two little pomeranians named Chica and Bear, and a chocolate Labrador named Bailey. She enjoys watching movies and hiking local trails and parks. Some of her favorite past times are drawing and painting. She also has special interests in emergency medicine and looks forward to furthering her career.

  • Veterinary Assistant

    Jessica Cain

    Jessica is one of our veterinary assistants. Being an advocate for pets has become her true calling, and she has been working with animals for almost 5 years now. She joined the VCA Kent family in October 2010 and has found a home here. Jessica has some furry family members of her own. She has Wallace, her energetic rat terrier, and Gertrude, her little Pekingese. In addition, she has three affectionate tabby cats named Uno, Anne Belle, and Beatrice. On top of her love for animals, she also has a deep passion for the Arts. Jessica enjoys painting, drawing, and always crafting in her spare time.

    Brooke LaMonica

    Brooke has worked for VCA in both Washington and Oregon since 2012.  She began her career as a kennel attendant at VCA Kent in 2012.  Brooke is amazing with our boarding residents and makes sure to give them one on one love and attention while they are boarding.  Brooke is currently pursuing her veterinary assistant certification in hopes of advancing her career in veterinary medicine.  We are so excited to have Brooke on our VCA Kent Team.

    Morgan Schultz
    Veterinary Tech School: PIMA Medical Institute

    Morgan joined the VCA Kent staff in March 2015 after graduating from PIMA Medical Institute with her veterinary assistant certificate.  Morgan is a true pet lover.  She enjoys spending time with her friends and family as well as participating in Drill Team with her horses in her free time.  We are excited to have Morgan as a valued member of our reception and veterinary assistant team.
