April has been a part of the VCA family since June 2012 and Technician Supervisor at Freehold Animal Hospital since December 2016. She has a bachelor's degree in Animal Science from Rutgers University, is currently enrolled in the Penn Foster Veterinary Technician program and is Fear Free certified. Her special interests include surgery, dentistry and exotics. In her spare time, April enjoys relaxing at the beach with her husband, crafting and baking. Her favorite dog breed is the Basset Hound, and above all, adores guinea pigs... especially her fur-baby, Barley!
