Why: I am a small town girl from rural Indiana, from my first meeting with a baby lamb, I knew I was destined to be a Veterinarian. My love for sheep, grew to having a house (and barn) full of pets. The human-animal bond is unexplainable and I feel privileged to have a career that helps that bond flourish in many ways. I enjoy every aspect of my job, from the challenges of practices medicine, to the employees I work with, the pets I treat, and the clients that love them! I have 2 rottweilers: Hussy and Nuts. I also have 3 cats I rescued; Crazy with one eye, Stringy with OCD, and Little Man, a little black kitty that was hurt and lucky enough to stumble upon my doorstep.
