    Stephanie Palmer

Hi my name is Stephanie Palmer. I joined the VCA family in 2007. Originally I was the Techician Supervisor at VCA Central Park and was promoted to Hospital Manager a year and half ago and moved to VCA Academy Animal Hospital. I am now here at VCA Imperial Point Animal Hospital and I feel like I am home. I love coming in to work every day and interacting with our clients and their amazing pets. I have been a veterinary technician for 15 years and absolutely love having my hand in the care of all our patients. I have known what I wanted to do with my life since I was a little girl. I knew I wanted to be surrounded by animals and it's just a bonus that I am surrounded by animals AND great people that own them. I work with amazing people every day here at VCA Imperial Point Animal Hospital and find myself in aw of them every day. I am proud to be a part of the VCA team and especially proud to a part of the VCA Imperial Point Animal Hospital Team! Welcome to our hospital and I can't wait to meet each and every one of you!

    Amanda Oberst

Amanda was born and raised in sunny Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Having been here at VCA Imperial Point Animal Hospital for 8 years, she knows the ins and outs of this practice like no other. Before she joined our family she spent her free time volunteering at animal rescue groups. Her sunny disposition makes her a great asset to our Client Service Department. She treats every client like they are a member of their own family. Amanda is a true animal lover and along with her boyfriend, Kevin, they have a huge furry family. They have 2 dogs, Napolean and Simba and 7 cats. When you don't see Amanda at work, you can probably catch her at the dog park!

Specialty Care

Sometimes sick or injured pets need the care of a veterinary medical specialist. When that happens, VCA specialty hospitals work closely with the general practitioner veterinarians who refer cases to us in order to provide seamless veterinary care to your pet. When your pet is facing any kind of serious illness or injury, our specialty referral hospitals will provide the compassionate and expert care your beloved pet needs.

Our goal is to make sure that when you and your pet are in need that you have access to board certified specialists who are up to date on the very latest developments in their field. In our state of the art hospitals, our specialists also have access to the most sophisticated diagnostic and treatment tools and techniques from ultrasonography and endoscopy to CAT scans and even MRI.

As part of the VCA family, we have over 83 specialty hospitals across the US and Canada which provide referral specialty care, so there may be one near you. Our specialized services include: behavior, cardiology, critical care, dentistry, dermatology, integrative medicine, internal medicine, neurology, oncology, ophthalmology, radiology, rehabilitation, reproduction, and surgery.
