Biography

Dr. Mark Iodence has been practicing small animal medicine and surgery in Las Vegas since 1984. He received his Bachelor of Science, Animal Science from the University of Nebraska and his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Kansas State University.

Dr. Mark has been Board Certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners since 1991 and was recertified in 2001. He built and managed two busy animal hospitals (Lake View and Hualapai) in Las Vegas before selling them to VCA Antech in 2006.

Dr. Mark is on the board of the Las Vegas Animal Emergency Hospital. The members of this board along with shareholders help start an after hours emergency hospital in 2001 to meet the needs of the pets in the valley. He was also recently elected to sit on the State of Nevada Veterinary Board.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his Wife Pam, two sons,Ryan and Tyler, and their adorable Goldendoodle Ruby. He has a great love of baseball and enjoys watching his sons play for their college teams.
