Receptionist SupervisorStacey Pierce
Stacey, a resident of Whitman, got her start at VCA Hanson as an intern during her senior year of high school. She brings a strong love of animals and the veterinary field to work. Outside of VCA, Stacey is married with a daughter and son as well as a dog and a cat that she adores. She's a firm believer that if you do what you love, it will never feel like work.
After graduating from Westfield State College with a degree in Early Childhood Education & Psycology, Maura started her career teaching K-2 at a local daycare. She then moved on to a one on one assistant role in a special needs kindergarten classroom. Animals have always been a passion of Maura's so she took summer classes at Massasoit Community College in veterinary assistance while working at Baypath Humane Society. Maura joined the VCA Hanson team in 2010. In her spare time she enjoys baking and taking her yellow lab Hunter out for hikes.
Before joining VCA Hanson two years ago, Linda worked at the Animal Rescue League of Boston for three years and enjoyed a long career teaching special education students. She received her degree from Bridgewater State College, and currently resides in Pembroke with her husband and furry children, Heidi, a flat coated retriever and cat Nicodemus. Linda enjoys the outdoors, and can often be found running or walking on the beach. She also enjoys biking, and has made many trips to Europe.
A love of animals brought Joyce to the veterinary industry 21 years ago. That love, still strong today, keeps her enjoying each day as a receptionist at VCA Hanson. Joyce graduated from Brockton High School and the Chandler School for Women in Boston. She currently lives in East Bridgewater with her husband and two cats. Over the years, Joyce has opened her home to 3 dogs and 11 cats. She enjoys spending time with her friends and being with her two children and 3 grandchildren.

Jenn graduated from UMASS Dartmouth with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a concentration in Writing. She started working with animals in 2003 as kennel staff but has also done technician and reception duties at both VCA Whitman and VCA Hanson. Jenn likes working with animals of all kinds. She currently volunteers at the National Marine Life Center, and someday hopes to get more involved in avian or marine animal rehabilitation. She has 3 cats and is married, and enjoys nature hikes, skiing and hockey.
