    Stacey Pierce

    Stacey, a resident of Whitman, got her start at VCA Hanson as an intern during her senior year of high school. She brings a strong love of animals and the veterinary field to work. Outside of VCA, Stacey is married with a daughter and son as well as a dog and a cat that she adores. She's a firm believer that if you do what you love, it will never feel like work.

    Maura Callahan

    After graduating from Westfield State College with a degree in Early Childhood Education & Psycology, Maura started her career teaching K-2 at a local daycare. She then moved on to a one on one assistant role in a special needs kindergarten classroom. Animals have always been a passion of Maura's so she took summer classes at Massasoit Community College in veterinary assistance while working at Baypath Humane Society. Maura joined the VCA Hanson team in 2010. In her spare time she enjoys baking and taking her yellow lab Hunter out for hikes.

    Linda Crosby

    Before joining VCA Hanson two years ago, Linda worked at the Animal Rescue League of Boston for three years and enjoyed a long career teaching special education students. She received her degree from Bridgewater State College, and currently resides in Pembroke with her husband and furry children, Heidi, a flat coated retriever and cat Nicodemus. Linda enjoys the outdoors, and can often be found running or walking on the beach. She also enjoys biking, and has made many trips to Europe.

    Lori Ficks

    Lori attended Marshfield High School and then the Mass Criminal Justice Traning Center to become and Animal Control Officer. With the job field limited, she moved onto Quincy College and then Bridgewater State College to earn a degree in Animal Sciences.
    She has had an interest in and love for animals since she was a child. She frequently came home with injured wildlife or stray animals to care for. She has continued to be involved with animal rescue over the years including a trip to Louisiana after Hurricane Katrina to help out.
    She joined the Hanson Animal Hospital team in 1992 as a part time receptionist. She left a year later to manage another hospital and then returned back here full time in February of 2002 as the Reception Supervisor. In 2012 she took another job full time and is now a part time receptionist with us. She thoroughly enjoys the challeges and rewards of her job

    Lori currently resides in Carver with her husband Doug. They are proudly owned by three dogs: Rusty, a Rhodesian Ridgeback,  Beckett an English Bulldog and Rosie a pekingese. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, summer days on their boat, music, sports, and spending time wtih her friends and family, especially her new niece Alison!

    Joyce Phaneuf

    A love of animals brought Joyce to the veterinary industry 21 years ago. That love, still strong today, keeps her enjoying each day as a receptionist at VCA Hanson. Joyce graduated from Brockton High School and the Chandler School for Women in Boston. She currently lives in East Bridgewater with her husband and two cats. Over the years, Joyce has opened her home to 3 dogs and 11 cats. She enjoys spending time with her friends and being with her two children and 3 grandchildren.
