Hi my name is Beau and I am a six-year old male dachshund. My mommie has brought me here for the past six years. My doctors, Dr. Trefz and Dr. Cote, are wonderful and take such good care of me. The rest of the staff is wonderful also. Sometimes "Aunt" Joanne and Melissa let me be up front to welcome everyone, BUT....I bark too much and they make me go back to my crate. "Aunt" Nancy and "Aunt" Brenda also take extra special care of me and "Aunt" Laurie lets me play with her little dog. I just love it here and I hope mommie keeps bringing me here. -

Pet Name: TazThe staff at Gulf Bay Animal Hospital are the BEST!!! They all were so nice and caring to my cat. They explained everything to me and treated my cat like he was their own. I can't thank them enough for the kindness and professionalism. Dr Scot Trefz is awesome with animals, knowledgeable, and has such a caring heart. Several years ago I took my dog, Apsyn, to Dr. Trefz after countless other vets could not figure out why he was having seizures. Dr. Trefz called me at 8:30 on a Friday night the day after his first visit, with the results that explained it all! For the remaining 7 years of his life, he never had another seizure. We would have never had those last 7 of his 13 years without Dr. Trefz. 7 months after the passing of my baby Aspyn, after I said I would never have another, my husband got me a boxer pup. I travel out of state for work, and my husbands job requires that he is able to leave a moments notice...so, I chose a (different) vet close to our home with boarding facilities on site so that if he needed to, he could take the pup right down the street....HUGE MISTAKE! I compared everything in the vets office, cleanliness, staff, the vet, everything...to Gulf Bay and Dr. Trefz and the new facility failed in every way. -

Pet Name: BruserThe team at VCA Gulf Bay saved my dogs life. He went into a seizure and didn't come out. From the moment we rushed in they had all available staff doing every thing they could to save my baby. They keeps my informed every step of the way. There hard work paid off and my baby is on his way to a full recovery. During that hard time the staff was very compassionate. Dr. Noble kept checking in and was honest with me. They were not sure if he was going to make it. He sat down and explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. The care my baby got was the best!

Gulf Bay Animal Hospital is one in a million! We have been under Dr. Trefz's care for over 10 years now. He has seen and treated our four legged babies since day one. Dr. Trefz and his staff are highly knowledgeable in every aspect but what is most important is that they truly care for what they do! Each staff member treats your pet(s) just as if it were their very own. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Trefz and his staff.
