  • Years of excellent and compassionate care

    -Susan Lewis from Bear, DE

Pet Image My husband and I have brought our dogs to VCA for about 8 years. Our current boxer mix, Rusty, loves Dr. Bob and Dr. Teti, and treats a vet visit more like a play date. Dr Bob is wonderful at making follow up phone calls to see how Rusty fares after his mishaps and injuries. The staff always have a kind word and a cookie for Rusty, so in his book, they are pretty great too! We have always found that VCA Glasgow has given comprehensive, excellent, and compassionate care. Dr Flanagan was excellent when my two dachshunds experienced the problems of aging and was extremely compassionate when it came time to make the decision to send them on to better things.VCA Glasgow is the BEST!

  • Noel's Surgery

    -Holly Conaway from Bear, DE
    Pet Name: Noel

Pet Image On February 13, 2010, we made our first trip to VCA in Glasgow. Noel had a seeping wound on her neck. Dr. Flanagan took a look and wanted to run some test to check for Cancer! We waited two days for the results and worried it might be. He kept in touch over that time and called on Monday and said he wanted to take it out! Blood tests looked good, but on a 10 year old dog, he would like to take it out! So out it came on Tuesday the 16th. In at 8 in the morning and home by 5 at night! She was her old self again! Dr. Flanagan checked in twice during that week with her! In for a follow-up today the 22nd, She is CANCER FREE! Yeah!! Thanks to Dr. Flanagan & the staff!

Noel was so excited today to get good news she was giving Dr. Flanagan kisses!

  • Dr. Bob's the Best

    -Michelle from Elkton, MD
    Pet Name: Lexie

I've been taking my 2 year old German Shepherd Lexie to Dr. Bob since she was a puppy. I've had pets my whole life and have been to many different vets over the years and Dr. Bob is by far the best one that I've been to.

Lexie has had some very rare and unusual medical issues and Dr. Bob has been very helpful in dealing with her issues as well as working with her specialists. He's always open to questions and responds quickly.

He's made a difficult experience easier to handle. I sing his praises to everyone that I can!

  • Not Just A Vet But Also A Friend

    -Jackie from Elkton, MD
    Pet Name: Odie and Marley

Pet Image I have been taking my boxer to Dr. Bob Flanagan for almost 7 years now. My boxer has a lot of health issues and Dr. Bob has helped to keep him happy and comfortable living with severe arthritis. He calls to check on him and responds promptly to any questions or concerns that I have. I truly appreciate Dr. Bob and his staff for their kindest to me, my boxer, and my other son- my standard poodle! I value the honesty, respect, and time that Dr. Bob gives me every time I visit!

  • Great Doc

    -Karole from Washington, DC
    Pet Name: Phlufie

Pet Image All of our animals have visited this hospitals. Staff is very friendly and caring. They even followed up with us when my mom's cat passed away. My dog Phlufie loves Dr. Flanagan and Dr. Teti, and they treat my dog like a person (just like I do). I live in DC now, but I take him back for all routine work.

  • Dr. Bob and Staff are the best ever.

    -Karen Harris from Newark, DE
    Pet Name: Teddy

I have many senior rescue dogs and cats and they all came with medical issues. Dr. Bob has saved them over and over again. I wouldn't take my furries anywhere else.. He is the best there is and so are all the ladies and gents that work with him.

  • New Puppy

    -Carol from Newark, DE

From the first phone call, the staff has been so nice and helpful! We are new puppy owners and everyone has been so understanding! Love Dr. Flanagan! Will highly recommend to everyone. Next will have to bring the cats in.
