  • Avery

    -Karis from Fort Worth, TX
    Pet Name: Avery

Pet Image I adopted Avery from a local shelter. She was having a few symptoms that seemed relatively unrelated but as a new pet owner I was concerned. I was able to get her in same day and when I arrived the staff was immediately caring and helpful. They took the time to thoroughly explain everything. When we left I was very confident all issues had been addressed. The bill was actually less than I had feared. I do believe we have found our primary care vet. Thanks!

  • My Dog Rambo

-Stephanie Spencer from Fort Worth, TX
    Pet Name: Rambo

Thank the entire staff of VCA, especially Dr. Arroyo. My little dog has his eye pulled out of his socket on 4-19-12. Everyone was so compassionate and answered all of my questions. Dr. Arroyo called immediately after the surgery to let me know how Rambo was doing. Thank you so very much for your wonderful care and your compassion for Rambo and me (especially me since I kind of fell apart after I got him there).

  • Awesome

    -Loni Harris from Arlington, TX
    Pet Name: Lady

New years eve was spent with me walking with my Silkie while she was just hacking and coughing. It just got worse, she wouldn't drink and I knew that wasn't good.
I looked these folks up on the internet, called and spoke with a very nice and concerned young lady, took in my pet and they treated her very well-were empathetic and professional. We were given careful instructions and given medications. The DR wasn't in a hurry to get rid of us either. HE took his time to be sure I didn't have any other concerns or questions.
Thanks ya'all! I'll be sure to let me Vet know and others who may be in the need.
Best wishes for an awesome new year.

    -RONALD NOLES from Houston, TX
    Pet Name: Rocky

Pet Image When visiting from Houston, our sweet little dog took an unexpected turn for the worse. We were greeted with a sense of urgency and compassion. I want to express my heartfelt thanks to the entire team of professionals that helped to make Rocky and our time with him as comfortable as possible. It was not an easy decision for us to make. Thank you for caring for him and us at the time of his passing. Looking back, it meant the world to us. It was hard leaving him behind. From your outpouring of compassion and taking care of the arrangements, we were at peace. The signed Sympathy Card we received in the mail is testimony to the fact that you are a great group of people at the VCA location in Fort Worth @ Cherry Lane. Thank you!

  • They saved my dogs life.....

    -Jere from Fort Worth, TX
    Pet Name: Halo

I had taken my dog to my family vet twice in as many days and had gotten a bill for over $500.00 and on the afternoon of the second day after I took her to my vet she had to be taken to these people as my vets office was now closed. They did an examination and advised that she needed to be hospitalized because of HBC and told me how much it might cost. Surprisingly enough it was not much more that I had already spent on her but they kept her for two nights and days and when she came home she was cured of the problem that she had and is still getting better every day. If it had not been for these "animal angels" Halo would be dead and I would be grieving the loss of my dearest friend. When I picked her up they actually came in under the estimate. I am going to start taking my pets to their clinic for all of my needs since they are a full service vet clinic that happens to stay open 24/7
