Rosie was born in Denver, Colorado, unlike the rest of my family who are all from Omaha, Nebraska. She studied Nursing at Creighton University in Omaha her first year of college but moved back to Colorado where she received her bachelor’s degree in Zoology at Colorado State University in 2014. Rosie’s favorite course at CSU was Biology and Behavior of Dogs, which has been useful in her positions at VCA Fort Collins as a client service representative and when she helps out as a kennel technician. When she is not at work, Rosie likes to walk/run, hike, climb, disc golf, anything outdoors or cuddle on the couch watching movies with her boyfriend Ryan and their dog Ahsoka.
Summer grew up in Saint Joseph, Missouri and moved to Fort Collins in December 2015. She is currently attending classes at Front Range Community College to start pursuing a degree in Microbiology, which she plans on completing at CSU. In her free time, she likes to run and go hiking with her dog, Beckham. He’s the cuddliest pit bull ever and he loves playing in Horsetooth Reservoir.
Summer loves the outdoors and being active. Her inside enjoyments include reading, drawing and watching horror movies. She is happy to call VCA Fort Collins and Colorado her new home. You can find Summer always smiling at the front desk assisting our clients and their pets.
