Fort Collins Pet Grooming & Boarding
Originally from Racine, Wisconsin, Arianna moved to Fort Collins in the fall of 2015 to pursue her education at the #2 vet school in the country, Colorado State University. As a Psychology major and Zoology minor, she seeks to become a mental health counselor and advocate for young adults as well as an exotic animal handler in Animal-Assisted Therapy (AAT).
Growing up, her role model was Steve Irwin (“The Crocodile Hunter”). She strove to work with any animal she could, volunteering at For Pets’ Sake Veterinary Hospital for a short time and eventually going on to work at the Racine Zoo. It was here where she got her hands in every department working with anything she could -- snakes and small mammals to giraffes -- and talking to the public about the animals and their conservation efforts.
She is very excited to begin working at VCA Fort Collins, where she will be able to expand her experience base and dive in to a more medical concentrated field. In her free time, she enjoys photography, going to concerts, and training her sugar glider, Zaboo, to become an animal ambassador for AAT.
Luke was born and raised in Connecticut and moved to Fort Collins in August 2015 to attend CSU and study Animal Science. In Connecticut he worked as a Veterinarian Technician Assistant for 2 years before deciding to attend CSU and hopefully attend the Veterinary Program in the future.
When not working he enjoys hiking, hunting, playing hockey, competing in MMA. Luke also does protection training with his black German Shepherd "Kovu" and tracking with his Sable German Shepherd "Luna".
Michaela was born and raised in Houston Texas. She has been working with animals for the past 9 years. She started volunteering at a poodle rescue when she turned 11 and since then she has worked at the Houston zoo, two different doggie daycare facilities, as a dog training assistant, and as a physical therapy assistant. Michaela moved to Colorado in the summer of 2015. She is looking at going to school to get a degree in animal behavior and wishes to someday work at a big cat or wolf sanctuary or even open up her own animal sanctuary for rescued livestock from feed lots, dairy farms, and slaughter houses. During her free time she enjoys hiking, yoga, reading, camping, coming up with new vegan recipes, and spending time with her cat.
Morgan spent the first half of her childhood moving around the country. Her family then settled in Glendale, Arizona for the rest of her childhood. She moved to Fort Collins two years ago to attend Colorado State University where she studies biology and chemistry in hopes of attending veterinary school. Her ultimate goal is to eventually own her own general practice.
During her free time, she likes to go hiking, take road trips, or just hang out at home with her fiancée, Dylan, their two dogs, Atticus and Leyla, and their spunky cat, Scout.
