  • Multitude of Gratitude

    -wylie mom from seatac, WA
    Pet Name: wylie and jagger

Recently put my beloved Wylie, a dachsund of 13 years, to sleep. The bond I had with Wylie made the decision difficult and painful. Dr. Blaha came out to our house on her own time to perform the procedure. She ensured me that Wylie had a great long life and I was doing the right thing. I held him my arms in our home as he peacefully drifted away. Hands down, VCA Five Corners are very caring and sensitive group. Thank you for taking care of my animals with such compassion.

  • Hobbs

    -Lori from Seahurst, WA
    Pet Name: Hobbs

Pet Image Hobbs presented to VCA Five Corners following an attack by a pit bull. After being stabilized from shock, Dr. Chauvin performed five hours of surgery in an effort to save his ear as well as the ability for Hobbs to still use his left hind leg. It was miraculous that not only did Hobbs survive, but his ear was saved and function returned to his left leg. The care that H received at VCAFCAH was certainly a huge part of the miracle of Hobbs' recovery! The entire staff was professional, caring, empathetic and competent. I am so grateful they were there to care for my seriously injured dog and credit them with saving his life. A special thanks to Dr. Paul Chauvin, Dr. Kara Blaha (who performed a second surgery), Dr. Rachel Meyers, and Dr. Salt as well as Cassie and the many other techs whose names I can't recall. You all were wonderful! Thank you from Hobbs and me!

  • Saying goodbye to Clyde

    -Keri from Renton, WA
    Pet Name: Clyde

Pet Image It was time to say goodbye to Clyde and let him go to Heaven. It was such a difficult choice to make and so very hard for our family. We are so thankful to the ladies at the hospital who gently helped us say goodbye. We even received a nice card that was hand written with sympathy. I'm so glad they were there and we could confidently make the right choices for our best friend. God Bless this place!
    Sincerely,
    Clyde's family

  • Compassionate, Professional Care

    -D Feller from Burien, WA
    Pet Name: Willow

We have an older chow/retriever mix who suddenly could not walk over the weekend when our primary vet was not open. Words cannot express our gratitude to the staff at Five Corners Animal Hospital, especially Dr. Chauvin. They were there when we needed care for our dog, and were kind and compassionate throughout our ordeal. I'm so thankful to know we have help available 24/7. It is good to note, too, that the prices were much lower than I expected. Excellent staff and care for your family pet.

  • Compassionate

    -Denise from Seattle, WA

I used their services twice in an emergency late night situation for our hamster. Both times they have been pleasant, compassionate and helpful. Very few places see rodents and I was lucky enough to find VCA. I am so impressed that I will now switch my dogs vet to them. I am beyond happy to have the doctors there see my dog and I am for ever grateful for how they helped me with my hamster. Grateful, Denise and son

  • Bedside manner

    -Tony from Seattle, WA

I want to say thank you to the staff at 5 corners for their support (both morally and physically) during the difficult time of putting one of our animals down. Especially Dr. Joel for his bedside manner. His calm demeanor and explanation of what was going to happen during that time was soothing and helped ease the anxiety of what our dog might go through.
    Thank you very much

  • First Visit Last Day

-Playboy's mom from Des Moines, WA
    Pet Name: Playboy -PB

Pet Image For several years I have driven by this Hospital but never entered the doors until today. I was sent to VCAFCAH immediately after our recently adopted dog was diagnosed with Parvo at another facility. The referring facility rushed us out and treated us both as if we had an incurable disease without any feeling. I was more than afraid that we would be treated the same way when we arrived at VCAFCAH. That fear rapidly dissipated when Kellie and subsequently Rachel walked into the exam room. They understood the difficult decision I was faced with, and helped me feel comfortable with the decision I made to end Playboy's suffering. I am so thankful and grateful that I entered those doors today. I will be bringing the rest of my four legged family to this facility and would encourage anybody else to do so when considering care for their family members. They were amazing. I send a heartfelt thank you to the entire staff.

  • Best Vet EVER

-Darla Langdon from Des Moines, WA
    Pet Name: Max

Pet Image I can't say enough good things about 5-Corners VCA! They have saved the life of a 2nd dog for us now & words cannot express our level of gratitude. The staff is caring, kind, professional & more than fair on assessing charges when repeat visits for the same issue are necessary. We've worked with many of the different vets there & have nothing but good things to say about each & every one of them. If you want the best for your pet, then choose this clinic!!

  • Dog Neuterd and First Visit

    -Shannon from Burien, WA
    Pet Name: sonic

I want to tell you all how great the staff was when I brought my dog in to be neutered the allowed me to see where he would stay when I left him and to see the room he was going to have surgery in I was nervous at first leaving him but they where very helpful in helping me to be reassured he would be ok so much so I even met the resident cat thank you for your kindness and I will definitely continue using your services for all my pets

  • My Cats Love Dr. Light

    -Allegra from Burien, WA

I have several cat children who are cared for at VCA Five Corners. While all the vets and other staff are good, I do so appreciate the gentleness and fondness for animals Dr. Light always shows. And he's gentle with the humans involved in his practice, too. He was so kind when I had to put my old calico to sleep. I am grateful for his caring treatment of all of us.
