Liz was born and raised in Norfolk, VA. She started in the veterinary field after moving to North Carolina where she was a technician for over a year. Wanting to become a Registered Veterinary Technician, she packed up her belongings and moved to Denver to attend Bel-Rea. After completing her internship at VCA Alameda East and graduating in June 2015, she joined the VCA Firehouse team. Elizabeth's household includes a cat named Nymeria, which she describes as "sassy and slightly bipolar" and a bubbly Beta named Justice. During her free time Liz enjoys baking, being outdoors, going to comedy shows and concerts, board games and snuggling with Nymeria.
