I recently moved back to Reno from Pueblo, Colorado.  While in Pueblo, I had worked as a veterinary assistant for two years.  Once I moved to Reno, I found this wonderful postion at VCA Feline Medical Center.  It's my second family!

In my free time, I enjoy many outdoor activities.  I am always busy with my furry kids!

I moved 14 years ago from Oregon to Reno, where I brought my cat to VCA Feline Medical Center for vet care.  I had such a great experience that I applied for a receptionist position.  I have worked for 12 years with the staff and doctors.  I have enjoyed every day that I've gotten to know both our wonderful clients and their furry friends.

During my free time I take care of my own pets which include cats and dogs.  I also enjoy our helpful caring doctors and staff which feel like my family, and VCA Feline Medical Center is my home away from home.

I look forward to a bright and busy future with VCA!

    Amanda Pratt

Hello!  My name is Amanda Pratt.  I am a receptionist at VCA Feline Medical Center, and have been for the past 7 years.  I really enjoy my job, being able to work with cats has been very entertaining to say the least.  It is still amazing to me the personalities that come from these furry friends.  Although I don't own any animals myself, I still enjoy their company while I am at work.

Before moving to Reno 7 years ago, I lived and grew up in a small town about an hour south of here, and have loved the area all my life.  I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree two years ago, and still plan on pursuing my Master's at some point in the future.
