I grew up and currently live in Red Wing, MN. I’ve always owned dogs and volunteered at animal shelters while growing up. I have worked at Feist Animal Hospital for 1 ½ years, working my way up from a kennel assistant to a CVT. I have a 15 year old Springer Spaniel X named Chewbacca, who I’ve had since she was a puppy. I attended UW-River Falls for 3 years as a biomedical major. I then took some time off, changed majors, and decided to attend Argosy University, where I obtained an AAS degree in Veterinary Technology. I also work part-time at the Humane Society of Goodhue County, again trying to help animals in need. In my free time I’m training to become a National Animal Control Officer, and I am a Firearm Safety Instructor in Goodhue County.

I graduated from Medical Institute of MN (Bloomington, MN) in 1995 with an AAS degree. As a certified veterinary technician, I started working at Arcade Animal Hospital in East St Paul, then moved to Chicago, IL in May of 1996. While spending 15 years in Chicago, I continued to work as a licensed technician with a variety of animals (to include avians, reptiles, pockets pets, and of course, cats and dogs). In March of 2010, I returned to MN with myfamily. I started working at Fest Animal Hiospital in July 2012, and although I'm one of the newest members of the Fest Team, I'm very excited to be here and I love working with the "team"!

When not working at Feist, I enjoy taking care of my "boys"- husband, (Steve), 2 sons, (Adam and Parker), and 2 cats, (Farmer Ed and Batman)-which is definitely an additional full time job!
