Biography

Dr. Erin Kwock was born and raised on Oahu. She travelled to Colorado for her academic career, where she obtained several degrees from Colorado State University. Dr. Kwock’s primary field of study at the undergraduate level was Natural Resource Management, but minored in Conservation Biology and Microeconomics. Dr. Kwock continued on to receive a Master’s Degree in Zoology before completing her studies with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine.

Dr. Kwock completed an Internship at VCA Emergency Animal Hospital & Referral Center in San Diego, Ca. During her internship, Dr. Kwock worked closely with specialists in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Radiology, Surgery, and Dermatology. During her time training among specialists Dr. Kwock developed a special interest in Internal Medicine and Emergency Care. After her internship Dr. Kwock returned home to Oahu, where she worked with VCA Kaneohe Animal Hospital until coming to VCA Family Animal Hospital in 2008.

When Dr. Kwock isn’t busy here at the hospital, you can find her caring for her 2 children, her 2 dogs, and her 2 cats.

VCA Family Animal Hospital provides 24 hour emergency veterinary care, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Emergency veterinarians, veterinary technicians and/or veterinary assistants are on staff 24 hours a day.

We provide the highest standard in veterinary emergency and critical care services. We are trained and equipped to perform a variety of emergency surgeries and procedures.
