  • My deepest appreciation

-Ronald Jones from East Boston, MA
    Pet Name: Jorge

I intentionally waited a few days to write this so that my emotion would not cloud reality. Although the entire staff of VCA Everett that I dealt with was incredible, I need to point out just how exceptional was the care given to our Jorge, my wife and myself. Richelle Berard and Ashley were not only extremely competent but also displayed a sincere caring for the three of us. We had to say adios to our longtime companion Jorge. He and I had shared 25 years of living together in Texas and Boston. Both, Dr. Berard and Ashley, exhibited professionalism, compassion, and a sincere caring that no issue during this process be overlooked or rushed. My wife Jan and I can only recommend that Ashley and Dr. Berard be your care givers when you need help the most.

  • Follow up on Jake

    -Heidi Dietrich from Everett, MA

I just wanted to give a follow up on Jake the cat. I saw Dr. Berard today after giving Jake the prescribed diet. She did two abdominal X-Rays and there are no more kidney stones in Jake. He's doing great still, playing up a storm and just feeling so much better. Dr. Berard prescribed Feline S/D and it dissolved the stone, leaving Jake very happy and healthy. I am so grateful to the entire staff for their care of Jake and their love of our pet children. And their understanding of how important they are in our lives.
