  • Receptionist Supervisor


    Jermaine joined the team at VCA Everett in November of 2011 as the Client Service Supervisor.  He aims to maintain a strong and positive relationship with the clients of VCA Everett.  He prides himself in the satisfaction of those whose lives he is able to enrich.  His passion for serving the people in his community and in his work place keeps his energy high and full of enthusiasm. 

    Jermaine is caring and fun-loving.  He enjoys spending his time among people.  In his leisure time, he and his wife delight in church activities and other community activities with the youth.  He is accompanied at home by his young and sassy mommy cat, Juno.

    Alicia joined our team in 2010. Alicia made a career change to  human medical field, but found she missed the veterinary side so much she decided to stay on part-time. We are happy that we can keep her! Her two kitties, Jack and Onyx, allow Alicia and her fiance to share their home.

    Janet has been a client service representative with VCA Everett since 2001.  Janet is a familiar face our local community and has a great rapport with the clients of VCA Everett.  She has known many of them for years and enjoys seeing the patients year after year.  

    In her free time she enjoys gardening, crafts, and working around the house. Janet has three grown children, a fiancé, three cats Jin, Salem, and Autumn, and an Irish Wolfhound cross named Andy.

    Jessica joined our team in April of 2012.  She is a graduate of Newbury College.  Jessica's bubbly and approachable personality makes her a perfect fit in client service.  Her ultimate goal is to complete a veterinary technician program and become a certified veterinary technician. 

    In her down time, Jessica enjoys taking her 3 dogs for walks, hikes, and to the dog park.  She also enjoys skiing and watching the Walking Dead.

    Vernice has been with VCA Everett for over 8 years. Her husband is too allergic to animals, so they are unable to have pets of their own. Vernice works with animals to compensate for not being able to have any pets. She enjoys reading fantasy and science fiction, and loves blues music.
