VCA staff and veterinarians are the best I have ever seen. After 3 years of their caring for my 2 cats and 1 guinea pig I recommend VCA El Rancho to all my petloving friends. Groomer Susan always is so friendly when I bring Creampuff the guinea pig in for a haircut. Dr. Giam was so supportive and compassionate in helping me through saying goodbye to my 18 year old cat, Smudge only this week. The sympathy card she sent me was so comforting. Although our beloved Zyn went to heaven on the last day of winter at the VCA in Spokane, WA on 03/19/09... It was Dr. Brennan who cared for her during the last two years of her life. Giving her the best possible tender loving care. She's an excellent doctor, and surgeon.

I remember the last time Zyn saw Dr. Brennan and it still brings tears to my eyes. We were moving to northern Idaho and Dr. Brennan said good-bye to our Zyn last December. Dr. Brennan said how much she loved her and what a sweet pup she was.

Every time we saw Dr. Brennan, I knew she really cared about our Zyn and all of our other "kids" too: Kennwood (Woof) and Chester.

I can't recommend her enough!!! And Dr. Ito is wonderful, too if Dr. Brennan isn't available.

We love you both and are glad to be home in California again... See you soon!!!
