Love Dr. Brennan and Dr. Ito
-Margaret, Zynfyndel's Mom from Newport Beach, CA
Pet Name: Zynfyndel
Although our beloved Zyn went to heaven on the last day of winter at the VCA in Spokane, WA on 03/19/09... It was Dr. Brennan who cared for her during the last two years of her life. Giving her the best possible tender loving care. She's an excellent doctor, and surgeon.
I remember the last time Zyn saw Dr. Brennan and it still brings tears to my eyes. We were moving to northern Idaho and Dr. Brennan said good-bye to our Zyn last December. Dr. Brennan said how much she loved her and what a sweet pup she was.
Every time we saw Dr. Brennan, I knew she really cared about our Zyn and all of our other "kids" too: Kennwood (Woof) and Chester.
I can't recommend her enough!!! And Dr. Ito is wonderful, too if Dr. Brennan isn't available.
We love you both and are glad to be home in California again... See you soon!!!
Best Vet in the Valley

Have been coming to El Rancho for years and they have the best vets and staff in the valley! I recommend them to everyone I meet.
KIND, COMPASSIONATE CARE
-Eileen Rosenow from Temecula, CA
Pet Name: Smudge
VCA staff and veterinarians are the best I have ever seen. After 3 years of their caring for my 2 cats and 1 guinea pig I recommend VCA El Rancho to all my petloving friends. Groomer Susan always is so friendly when I bring Creampuff the guinea pig in for a haircut. Dr. Giam was so supportive and compassionate in helping me through saying goodbye to my 18 year old cat, Smudge only this week. The sympathy card she sent me was so comforting. Thank you so much to all of you at VCA!
Angela and DR. Fox are great
-Lee Benton from Temecula, CA
This place is the best! Angela who spoke with me on the phone went out of her way to help me feel at ease; she is so gracious and kind. Dr. Fox, who also is compassionate and loving, as well as a very nice technician helped my cat as well as me to feel comfortable. I'm very grateful for their kindness and would go back happily when I have a new animal.
Very Compassionate Staff

Pet Name: Crystal
We have used VCA El Rancho over the years for several of our dogs. Every visit has been exceptional. The latest visit I had to bring in our oldest dog, Crystal, to have her put down. The staff were extremely well prepared for my arrival. And most importantly, every single staff member I interacted with showed enormous compassion for me and respect for our dog. As difficult as these situations are, VCA El Rancho made the process tolerable. The staff have my utmost respect, appreciation, and gratitude.

Pet Name: Leonard & Fufu
We just moved to "T-Town" and in need of a vet. We have two "wonderfully old pugs" and a "one-eyed, no toothed tiny white fluffy". We love these pups more than anything. I called to get a feel for the practice and was able to make an appointment that same day. Extremely accommodating, polite and knowledgeable staff. We were so lucky to have our appointment with Dr. Worfel. He understood how I felt about my pugs and gave a thorough exam. I am grateful to have found Dr. Worfel and his compassionate staff. I look forward to a long and healthy relationship. Thank you VCA El Rancho : )
-Katie K from Temecula, CA
I recently had to go through the "end of life" treatment for my dog. From the phone call I made to make the appointment --to the actual procedure---to the fact the vet even walked me to my car after---I was treated with such kindness and care. These people are genuinely the kindest and most caring people I have ever worked with. They even have a door you can use so you don't have to go back through the lobby with other people and their pets. Such kindness! The office staff, the techs, and the Vet--truly made a very difficult decision and procedure D0-able. From the time I opened the door to enter, they were waiting for me. I didn't have to announce my presence at the desk. They were waiting FOR ME. They knew this would be hard and did EVERYTHING they could to make it as comfortable as possible. I was hugged and offered peace of mind with people I didn't even know. They let me cry and they listened to his stories. I had not been a life long client but I was treated as such and thank goodness so was my dog. I could not say enough about how wonderful these people are and their statement where they say they take care of your pets and their owners, too-- Is not just a slogan. It truly is who these people are. If I was ever to have a pet again...I cant imagine putting my pet's care tn the hands of anyone else. They truly offer a specialized kind of care. Thanks for all you do.!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
You guys are the best

Pet Name: Bianca, Bellini. Sugar and Tigre (the boy cat)
I've been using El Rancho since arriving in Temecula in 2001. First Dr. Whalen, then Dr. Ito, and now Dr. Seringo, who is a real mensch when it come to my pets, getting right down on the floor with them, looking them eye-to-eye, so to speak. His manner is totally reassuring to my critters.
