Dr. Siringo attended Orange Coast College and enrolled in the Veterinary Technology program, receiving his AA degree 2 years later. He sat for the California board exam and became a licensed veterinary technician. Dr. Siringo also continued his studies at Orange Coast College and received an American Association of Laboratory Animal Science certification. Dr. Siringo then attended Cal Poly Pomona and studied animal science and earned a Bachelor of Science degree. He attended Kansas State University and received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 1992.

Dr. Siringo practiced in Huntington Beach for 2 years before accepting a position at La Mirada Animal Hospital in Santa Fe Springs, California. He worked in this practice for 2 years before it was purchased by VCA. At that time, Dr. Siringo was appointed medical director and worked in that position for 13 years. In 2004, Dr. Siringo moved to Temecula and continued working in Santa Fe Springs for 2 additional years before transferring to VCA El Ranch Animal Hospital.
