    Alyssa Compoi

    Alyssa began working at VCA El Rancho Animal Hospital in December of 2014. Previously, she worked at Canyon Crest Animal Hospital in Riverside as a receptionist. She also worked at Not Just For Paws in Canyon Lake as a kennel assistant. Alyssa plans on going to school to become a RVT. She loves animals and caring for them. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, going to the gym, practicing a healthy lifestyle, going to the beach, visiting family, and spoiling her beloved fur baby, Killer.


  • Receptionist

    Marie Moreno

    Marie started here at El Rancho Animal Hospital in February of 2015. Prior to working at VCA, Marie was a massage therapist for 14 years. Marie loves massaging people. She also loves helping animals, which is what brought her to El Rancho. In her off time she loves spending time with her family. She's been with her husband for 20 years and has 2 beautiful children. Her favorite pass time is relaxing in the sun listening to music and taking the boat for a spin around the lake. She has 5 dogs and 16 chickens, so if you need eggs she's the lady to ask!


  • Receptionist

    Jessi Sanchez

    Jessi started working at VCA El Rancho Animal Hospital in May of 2015. Prior to that she was a store manager at a large retailer. In total, she has over 20 years of experience in customer service. She attended and graduated from a veterinary assistant program. After graduating Jessi worked at a veterinary hospital as an assistant, receptionist and ran their boarding facility. Her favorite part about her job here is helping all our patients get and stay healthy and also interacting with the clients. In her off time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their 3 Pit Bull and Pit Bull mixes. Her passion is to rescue "Bully Breeds" in the name of her most precious fur baby, Luxx. Jessi and her husband operate an independent rescue where they take in homeless or in need animals. They provide them with love and medical care and then place them in forever homes.
