Alison Messina, DVM, Associate Veterinarian

DVM, Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine


Dr. Alison Messina obtained her D.V.M. from Ross University School of Medicine,

on the Caribbean island of St. Kitts in 2009. She completed her clinical program at The

University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine. She also holds a Bachelor

of Science Degree in Wildlife Management from Rutgers University.

Dr. Messina is especially passionate about feline and geriatric medicine. She also has

a special interest in shelter work.  In her free time  Dr. Messina enjoys running, painting,

reading, going to concerts, and spending time with her family...including her dog Molly, and her cat Elliot.

Special Note from Dr. Alison Messina: I am a Veterinarian not only because I love animals, but because I love helping people too. Pets are a part of our families, and I want to do everything I can to help the families of our community!
