Biography

Dr. Phelan was born in Philadelphia, PA and raised in Flourtown, PA. He earned a bachelor of arts from University of Colorado in 1999, and a DVM from Ross University and completed his clinical training at Auburn University in Alabama. Chris enjoys traveling, fishing and spending quality time with his chocolate lab Bert that he rescued.
