The Fabulous Staff of VCA East Norriton....
Steve and Becky Novelli from Jeffersonville

It has taken us almost 2 months now to able to write this but... my husband and I had to make a VERY difficult decision on Christmas Eve day 2010 to put our 14 1/2 year old American Eskimo dog Snowball asleep Forever. The Compassionate VCA East Norriton Staff especially Rachel, was sooo helpful and understanding that day of our decision. We didn't want to ruin anyone's Christmas Holiday, the caring staff wanted to help us as well as our "Forever Friend" Snowball to be at ease with our decision, and make it very comfortable for Snowball to say goodbye. The staff had Always been a part of Snowball's life too, and they felt the loss also. We Thank Everyone for their Kindness and Beautiful words that were written and signed by all and sent in a sympathy card. Thank you also for giving us the name of 'Abbey Glen' in Quakertown to have Snowball picked up and cremated. They provided us with a small box with a name plate and her cremains. For anyone that is or will be going through this tough decision, rest assured VCA Staff and Abbey Glen will make it easier for you.
