Your are the Best-Cynthia from Vancouver, WA
Pet Name: Callie Daisy
Being new to Washington along with having a new puppy I took advantage of the Free First Exam. What a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in the door. My two rather loud, dramatic dogs didn't upset any member of the staff. They understood the breed of dog and took everything in stride. Even a little accident down the front of Dr. Phelps white coat was laughed off. Great staff, great job!
Highly Impressive-Catherine and Heather from Vancouver, WA
Pet Name: Cheeto
A few years ago, we had to make the decision to let my pet rat Cheeto undergo euthanasia due to a tumor that had taken over her body and was causing her increasing distress. Most vets don't even offer services for rats. EMPAH not only was courteous and empathetic, they also took care of each and every concern we had. They made a donation to animal research in our pet's name and sent us a sympathy card signed by all the staff.Truly a heartwarming and incredible experience in a hard time. I wouldn't consider anyplace else.
Wow, very good place-Wanda Vin Weasles Mom from Washougal, WA
Pet Name: Wanda
From the first contact on the phone to make an appointment to euthanasia. They where professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I was expecting a large bill with the great service, but their prices where right in line with what I expected and could afford. We are new to the area and haven't been able to find a vet we trusted. It is a bit of a drive but well worth it. I saw all kinds of pets and people.
Part of our Family-Steve from Felida, WA

Simply THE BEST-Donna Upton from Vancouver, WA
Pet Name: Gus, Pete, Bitty, Sarah, Annabelle
We were referred to Dr Lynn/EMPAH by my mother and sister when we adopted 2 miniature schnauzer brothers. There are not enough nice words to describe how pleased we are with the care, compassion, knowledge and expertise shown by EVERYONE at the clinic. We see Dr Lynn 99% of the time but the other doctors are just like her: caring beyond belief, taking time to examine the pets fully, explaining things so we understand, developing a care plan that is best for our babies. Knowing that help is just a phone call away is wonderful! It’s, also, wonderful to be recognized on the phone and in person. Even though they see so many animals they remember us (mom & dad) and the babies! We will never trust our babies health care to another clinic. EMPAH is "Simply: THE BEST".
Why we love East Mill Plain Animal Hospital-Emory - Rebecca Richardson from Vancouver, WA
Pet Name: Jasmine
Our pets have been going to this awesome facility for eleven years and we regard everyone there like "family". Whether our pets are being seen for a routine visit or something more serious, we never have problems getting an appointment, being seen promptly and receiving the most compassionate and expert care possible. From the friendly front desk staff, thorough vet techs and the excellent veterinarians at this clinic we always feel like they are genuinely concerned about our pets and makes us feel special. In 2009-2010 I began bringing feral cats to East Mill Plain for spay/neuter and can't say enough wonderful things about how well they treated the homeless cats and gave generous discounts to help offset the costs. We could go on and on but will end it here by saying that we would never go to another vet clinic than East Mill Plain Animal Hospital and recommend that everyone else do the same.
Excellence-Grins from Vancouver, WA
Pet Name: Daisy and Lizzy
We moved here from out of state 2 yrs ago and started seeing Dr. Lynn based on a referral from a friend. She and the staff have been wonderful to work with for routine, end of life, and emergency care for our dogs. We really appreciate and thank you for all that you do!
Mabel and I Thank You-Andy from Ridgefield, WA
Pet Name: Mabel
Words cannot express my gratitude for the help and concern shown by Dr. Lynn and all the staff. Mabel had a fever of unknown origin, over 106 deg F. It was shocking to see my vigorous, active dog suddenly unable to lift her head or walk. I was sure she would not survive. Dr. Lynn came up with a plan of care in an effort to find a diagnosis, and took our individual circumstances into account. Many providers would not have worked with me as you did, nor would have treated me and Mabel with the respect, patience, and compassion we were shown. Mabel apparently made an unauthorized foray down our hill to the river for a snack of steelhead sushi, as the workup showed Salmon Poisoning Disease. (Yet another reason not to let dogs wander.) My reading indicates that 90% of dogs with SPD who are untreated will die. She certainly seemed close. Without your expertise, I am sure she would be gone. Mabel started looking better after 2 doses of antibiotic, and the temp was normal by day 3. She is weak and lost about 5 pounds, but is perking up more each day, and getting back to her usual antics. Thank you for giving me a chance to enjoy more great years with my buddy and helpmate, Mabel. Gratefully, Andy

Pet Name: Misty
I recently took our new kitten to this clinic and I was very impressed with the staff and service. they really showed us that they care more about our kitten than the financial benefit. I loved how the veterinarian took her time with our family to hear out all of our concerns. I wouldn’t take our pets any place else!
