Our First Child

Pet Name: SamanthaWe want to thank you for the wonderful care you provided Samantha throughout the years, especially during the last few years. Samantha was our "first child" and a member of our family for nearly 16 years. She was the most wonderful pet a family could wish for. Letting Samantha go was one of the most difficult and heart wrenching thing we've ever had to do. While difficult, we knew it was time to relieve Samantha of the pain and discomfort she endured for quite some time, particularly during her final days. Seeing her in this condition was difficult given how energetic and playful Samantha was during her younger years. We miss Samantha dearly and she will forever be in our hearts and memories. Our home feels empty without her. Thank you again for the wonderful care you provided Samantha throughout all her years. You guy are the Best!!!!!

I switched to E.I.A.H due to being very upset w/last vet.
Dr. McDonald is great! She always calls or has a staff member call the day after a visit, just 2 check on my dog(s).The last vet did not give me the courtesy of a call to tell me if a poop sample was positive or negative for any parasite/worms.I would have to call the vet for results. Dr. McDonald and staff always follow up on any testing w results Pos or neg,etc..My children and I both HIGHLY, HIGHLY, recommend East Islip Animal Hospital. -

Pet Name: ScoutFor the past 15 years we have been blessed to have a wonderful dog named Scout as part of our family. Around the time Scout turned eight and was considered to be a geriatric dog, we started looking for the best care possible in the area but nothing came close to the care Scout received when we brought him to the East Islip Animal Hospital. The dedicated and caring staff always went above and beyond in administrating the best care and treatment for Scout. Sadly this year Scout passed away at the age of 15, and although it was one of the saddest day of our lives, we were comforted to know he had always received the best medical care and compassion he deserved. We especially want to thank the Staff and Dr. Jason Heller for always being so kind and compassionate, his encouragement meant so much to our family during Scout's last months with us. We will always be grateful for the care Scout received there. Thank you for ALWAYS giving our beloved dog your BEST.
