Long Time Client
-Lyn from Raleigh, NC
We have been taking our 3 dogs to this office for years. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Usually we see one particular vet, but, when he is unavailable, we are always happy with the care and attention our dogs receive! I wouldn't take my babies anywhere else.

Pet Name: Queenie
We just love the wonderful vets & staff.
Our Queenie was diagnosed with an infection of her uterus which was life threatening. These wonderful people saved our baby doll and even helped us get special financing so we could offset the cost. I will always be grateful for all the love they have shown Queenie and for all they have done for us. We are blessed to have them as our vets. Believe me they are the best animal hospital in Raleigh.

I want to take time and thank the entire staff for the care and understanding they showed us when we had to euthanize our dog. They went out of their way to show concern and we really appreciate their kind words and thoughts during this difficult time.
Thankful for the thoughfulness

Pet Name: caley
I wanted to let everyone know that Dr. Allen showed me that there are still people out there that do truly care. I wasn't so lucky with the outcome of my beloved little girl "Caley". However, Dr Allen was very thoughtful during my time of grief. He went beyond the call of most vets. He truly shows that he cares for the animals and the human loved ones left behind. I would definitely recommend that if you are looking for a great Vet. he is definitely the man you would want to be there for your pets.

Pet Name: Buford
Buford has been a long time patient at VCA. This summer, I thought Buford had been stung or bitten by something. That very morning Dr. Sara saw him first thing. Buford was diagnosed with bone cancer. The wonderful staff of VCA saw Buford through surgery, recovery, and learning to walk on three legs. He enjoyed his monthly chemo visits and dose of spoiling! We are so thankful to everyone at VCA for all they have done and continue to do to keep Buford healthy. He is our giant miracle. We are forever grateful.

Pet Name: Lucy
I have been taking my three dogs to Dr. Allen since each of them were born and followed him from VCA Tower Animal Hospital to the Durant Road facility. Back in February of this year, I had to have my 17-year old terrier, Kester, euthanized. It was one of the hardest things I've ever, ever done and I still mourn him. Dr. Allen and Jackie were in attendance and cried with me. I truly appreciate the support and care that they, as well as the whole VCA staff, have given me and my "babies" over the years and am so thankful Kester was attended by them when he passed over the Rainbow Bridge. God Bless you all! What would we do without you? I also recently fostered a stray cat and had her spayed, vaccinated, etc. The staff helped me find her a new forever home as my two canine "girls" were not in the mood for a new sister of the feline variety. "Pinki" (now known as Lucy) the cat is thriving in her new home and getting along wonderfully with her "brother" feline. This is her picture now. Quite a difference from the first time I brought her in for care. Thanks again to everyone!!
