Client Service ManagerMegan Deering
Megan has been with VCA for 5 years, first starting at VCA Newark Animal Hospital in 2010 then later transferring to VCA Dover Animal hospital in 2012. She is currently pursuing her Veterinary Technology Degree at Delaware Technical and Community College. Megan resides in Viola with her fiancé, stepson, and 3 rambunctious dogs! Chase a 3 year old yellow lab, Strogie a 7 year old Weimaraner, and Tank a 6 year old Neapolitan Mastiff. Outside of work she enjoys harness racing, trail riding, spending time with family and friends, and Pinterest! "I love doing what I do in every aspect there is. I love interacting with the clients and pets! Seeing our patients happy and healthy is one of the most rewarding parts of working in the veterinary field. I love receiving updates, pictures, and just having down to earth conversations with our clients who we consider family."

School: Harris School of Business, Medical Assistant
Dale has been with VCA Dover since November 2015. Dale completed the Medical Assistant Program at the Harris School of Business, but the Veterinary field is where his heart is at. He currently resides in Smyrna with his cat Pixie! In his spare time Dale enjoys playing the bass guitar and spending time with family, friends, and of course Pixie! "I do what I do because I love the interaction between client, patient, and staff! For as long as I can remember I have always wanted to and enjoyed working with animals!" In the future Dale would like to go back to school to become a Licensed Veterinary Technician.

Mandy graduated in 2010 from Lake Forest High School and is currently enrolled with Delaware Technical Community College in the nursing program, has her CPR certification, and also a certified nursing assistant through polytech. She joined our team in March 2008. She was raised in Felton Delaware and still resides there. She enjoys spending time with her rambunctious yellow labrador "Rader".
Why I do what I do: I enjoy helping people and their beloved pets and appreciate the unconditional love between pets and their pet parents. It’s very rewarding for me when I can play a part in a patient getting better.

Martrice joined our VCA team in March of 2015! She currently resides in Chestertown, Maryland with her mastiff mix puppy Che'ka but is looking to move to Dover in the near future! In her spare time she enjoys playing volleyball and spending time with her family and friends. " I do what I do because being able to interact with pets everyday is such a rewarding experience! Most importantly being a part of a team that helps pets live a long healthy life is what makes my job so great!" In the future Martrice would like to complete her college degree in business management and open her own grooming and boarding business!
