Ellen joined our team in 2003! She lives in Italy with her husband, 4 year old son, Colton, Chance, an 8 year old yellow Labrador, and their horse, Copper. She graduated from Duncanville High in 2000. Ellen enjoys time with her family and friends during her free time, however, Colton keeps her pretty busy!! Over the years, God has given Ellen a realization that this family at VCA Desoto Animal Hospital is where she belongs because she gets to help clients and their babies on a daily basis! We here it said sometimes and she truly believes it, "You can't find a place like this anywhere else!"

Ashley was born in Maryland and moved to Cedar Hill in 1992. She graduated from Cedar Hill High School in 2004. Ashley recently married her high school sweetheart, Juan, in June of 2013. She has an 8 year old daughter named Hope and a 3 year old named Victoria. Her fur babies are Sophie, a 16 year old Chihuahua, Bianca, a 4 year old Staffordshire Terrier, Marley, a 3 year old Staffordshire Terrier and 2 kitties, Lola and Socks. At the same time as working here at VCA DeSoto, she also takes care of her father. She loves her job because she gets to help people and pets - what better job is there than to be able to love on pets every day?
