  • Technician Supervisor

    Jennifer Valentino, LVT
Veterinary Tech School: 1991 Graduate of Manor Junior College Tech Program

Jennifer has been with us since 1991 as a Surgery Technician, and has been our Technical Supervisor since 2001. She oversees all aspects of surgery, and purchases all supplies for the hospital to ensure that it runs smoothly. Jennifer has lived in this area all of her life. She is married to David, who is an active soldier with the PA Army National Guard.
She shares her home with her two dogs, Kody and Kole, along with her many cats. She has bottle-fed, raised, and fostered many kittens over the years, and found them good homes in the community.
Jen enjoys the beach and spends alot of time in the waters of Southern Delaware and Maryland on her wave runner. She lives for her dogs, and takes them everywhere they like to go - the beach, the park, on the boat, the boardwalk and car rides. Jennifer feels that every patient should be treated with the same love and care as if they were one of her own.

    Brette Trindle

Brette first began working in veterinary medicine as a kennel assistant while she was pursuing a degree in an unrelated field, but soon realized that working with animals was really what she was meant to do. Brette transferred majors (and colleges) and has since graduated with a BS in Veterinary Technology. She became a certified technician in 2012. Along the way, Brette has learned practical skills, but soon learned how much she loves to help pets, and their people. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, spending time with her family and her cats, and going to concerts.

  • Veterinary Assistant

    Christina Allen

Tina's love for animals started as a youngster when she would feed the stray cat that lived in the area in which she resided. She started her career in this field as a kennel assistant when she was just a teenager. That job sparked her interest in becoming a veterinary assistant and decided that she would choose this path as her career goal. Tina was fortunate to fall into a position as a veterinary assistant and received on the job training. So, 12 years later, she is still doing what she loves the most-caring for animals and helping their owners, and she came to work at VCA Delaware Valley in April 2013. In her spare time, she enjoys 4-wheeling, watching NASCAR, and spending time with family and friends.
Tina  has a mixed breed dog named Chase Mutley, and a cat named Leroy.

Currently, she has 2 cats, Weeble, a tuxedo, who is the sweetest cat ever; and Allie, a tabby, that her daughter rescued many years ago when she was abandoned in her neighborhood. Her Boston Terrier, Bean, is the funniest, most loving dog  she could ever ask for and just loves her to pieces! Kristy  also has a few exotic pets, including a green tree frog and an anole. Her  new hobby is a 20 gallon fish aquarium. Kristy feels that we have great staff here at Del Val who are very passionate about their jobs and animals, and it is a joy to work with all of them everyday. Outside of work, Kristy enjoys time with her  family, loves cooking and gardening.
