    School: Metro State College

    Lance is a Denver-area native. He is a graduate of Bel-Rea and Metro State College of Denver. He has two dogs, Bill and Jackson. Lance enjoys hiking, biking, skiing, snowshoeing, and playing volleyball. He is a member of CACVT.

    Ashley Scott, CVT
    Veterinary Tech School: Bel-Rea

    Ashley is originally from Missoula, Montana.  After high school, she spent four years in the U.S. Marine Corps working in Public Affairs.  Gaining the self-confidence needed, she decided to follow her childhood dreams and moved to Colorado to become a veterinary technician.  She graduated with high honors from Bel-Rea during the winter of 2009.  Ashley gained experience at a specialty and preventative care clinic.  She then joined the VCA Firehouse team in July 2011, later transferring to VCA Dakota Ridge in July 2012.  Ashley lives with her husband (Jerod), two cocker spaniels (Bonnie and Clyde) and two cats (Oiseau and Snafu).  During her time off, she enjoys snowboarding, paintballing, going to the movies and enjoying lazy days at home with her family.

    Jeremy Shulman, CVT
    Veterinary Tech School: Bel-Rea
    School: CSU, B.S.

    Jeremy was born and raised in Littleton, CO. After earning his Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Colorado State University, he moved to Indiana to work as an environmental lab technician.  Three and a half years later, Jeremy moved back to Colorado to attend veterinary technician school at Bel-Rea Institute, graduating with highest honors in the fall of 2012. Jeremy did his ten week internship at Wheat Ridge Animal Hospital.  He began working at VCA Firehouse in the fall of 2012, and transferred to VCA Dakota Ridge in the spring of 2013. Jeremy has a tabby cat that he rescued from Indiana and brought back to Colorado. He is glad to be back in this great state and no plans of ever leaving again!
