    Ashley Scott
    Veterinary Tech School: Bel-Rea

    Ashley is originally from Missoula, Montana.  After high school, she spent four years in the U.S. Marine Corps working in Public Affairs.  Gaining the self-confidence needed, she decided to follow her childhood dreams and moved to Colorado to become a veterinary technician.  She graduated with high honors from Bel-Rea during the winter of 2009.  Ashley gained experience at a specialty and preventative care clinic.  She then joined the VCA Firehouse team in July 2011, later transferring to VCA Dakota Ridge in July 2012.  Ashley lives with her husband (Jerod), two cocker spaniels (Bonnie and Clyde) and two cats (Oiseau and Snafu).  During her time off, she enjoys snowboarding, paintballing, going to the movies and enjoying lazy days at home with her family.

    School: West Virginia Wesleyan College, B.A.

    Katie is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  After high school, she attended West Virginia Wesleyan College, earning a B.A. in Elementary Education in 2011.  After working in the education field, she decided to switc careers and pursue what she truly loves; she attended the Vet Tech Institute in Pittsburgh to become a veterinary technician.  After graduating the Vet Tech Institute in December 2013, she moved out to Colorado with her boyfriend, the avid skier, to enjoy the mountains.  She lives with her boyfriend (Caleb) and their bearded dragon (Ivan).  In her free time, she loves to snowboard, camp and try new (and sometimes wierd) restaurants with Caleb!
