    Donna Brown

    Donna was born in Detroit, MI. She moved to Aiken, SC in 1979. She has 1 dog, Fergus, and 2 cats, Logan and Nermal. Her pets are like her children. She has worked for 8 years in emergency veterinary medicine and has been with VCA for about 5  years. She is a EMT part time.

    Jody Hitchcock

    Jody was raised in Augusta, Ga. He has worked with animals since he was 18 years old and has been working at VCA Columbia for almost 10 years. He currently splits his time between our practice and a local pet store.

    Lisa James
    School: USC Aiken, Bachelor's of Science-Biology

    Lisa was born and raised in North Augusta, South Carolina. She currently has a golden-lab mix named Shiloh and a tabby named Chloe. She has worked with animals since she was 18, mostly volunteering for a local animal hospital and an animal care program at USC Aiken. She graduated from USC Aiken with a Bachelor's degree in Biology in 2009 and plans to become a veterinarian one day. Lisa's favorite pasttimes are playing basketball and volleyball and spending time with family and friends on the weekends.

    Debbie Mack

    Debbie Mack was born and raised in Augusta, Ga. She now resides in Grovetown, Ga with her husband Kenny of 21 years. She has 2 sons and a daughter and 6 lovely grandchildren.

    Debbie has 2 cats. Jelly is a 6 year old torti who lost a rear leg 3 years ago and has adapted very well. Spooky is a one year old gray and white male that was recently added to the family.

    Debbie has been with our practice for 20+ years. She enjoys NASCAR (a big Mark Martin fan), gardening, and spending time with her family.
