Charles E. London, DVM, Staff Veterinarian

DVM, University of Georgia

Dr. London is a York native and after graduating from York Suburban in 1973, he attended George Washington University and graduated from Penn State University in 1977. A Master's degree in Veterinary Parasitology came next, then he graduated Summa Cum Laude from The University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine with a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) in 1984.

After working in several practices, Dr. London started his own hospital in 1988. Committed to client education, his practice steadily grew and he added the first of his associate veterinarians in 1994.

Living in East York with his wife Elizabeth, Dr. London tries to find time for his hobbies and children. He has two daughters and a son and enjoys astronomy, archaeology and target shooting.

"I enjoy meeting all of the pets that come to our practice for care," Dr. London says. "Over the years I've realized how much I also enjoy getting to know the pets' families--the human side of veterinary medicine. In many cases I've been fortunate to build relationships with more than one generation. That's very important to me, building that relationship of trust."
