    Paula Lindsley, CVT
    Veterinary Tech School: Parkland College

    Paula obtained her degree as a certified veterinary technician from Parkland College in 1984 and has been working at VCA Cairo Animal Hospital since 1992.
    In 2002, she became interested in equine pain management through massage and became a registered professional member of International Association of Massage and Bodywork. Her modalities include massage and reiki techniques incorporating essential oils as necessary. While this endeavor started as an equine interest, she also provides her services for dogs in need of rehabilitation or massage therapy.
    Paula's main hobby is caring for her horses, Megan-the perfect horse, Maddie, and Lily. She also manages to care for her six dogs, Decon, JoDee, Homer, Cockroach, Bella and Mookie, two cats, Bailen and Dick, and an entire farm that is home to bunnies, chickens and a goat, Robin, and of course her daughter, Shania!

    Rachel Goldberg
    Veterinary Tech School: Fox College

    Rachel started working at VCA Cairo Animal Hospital in 2016. She received her Bachelor of Science from Bradley University and get certification in veterinary technology from Fox College. In her free time, Rachel enjoys drawing, reading, writing, and gaming.

    Kristy McGinty, CVT
    Veterinary Tech School: Bel-Rea Institute of Animal Technology

    Kristy began working at VCA Cairo Animal Hospital in 2008. She received her Associate's Degree in Animal Science from the Bel-Rea Institute of Animal Technology located in Denver, CO in 1995 and is a certified veterinary technician.
    She enjoys the ability to develop long-lasting relationships with clients while working at VCA Cairo Animal Hospital. Her hobbies include fishing, camping, biking, skiing and caring for her beloved puppy Princess Ballina.

    Aileen Torola

    Aileen graduated from Parkland College’s Veterinary Technician program in 1996 and joined our team in June of that year. She had previously earned a B.A. in English Literature at Trinity International University, and is an avid reader, particularly enjoying Anthony Trollope and Dorothy Sayers. When not reading or at work, Aileen enjoys tutoring at the homeless shelter in Kenosha and spending time down by the lake, walking, swimming, or kayaking. Aileen is graciously allowed to share a home with her two dogs, Nana, a Pomeranian mix, and Pesky, a Chihuahua Mix.

    Audra Tyler
    Veterinary Tech School: Parkland College

    Audra has worked at VCA Cairo Animal Hospital since 1996. She graduated from the veterinary technician program at Parkland College and is licensed as a veterinary technician in Illinois.
    Audra loves to read and see movies. She has two cats, Arwen and Bon Chance, who she calls her four-footed children
