Biography

Dr. Michele Saletros is originally from Brooklyn, New York. After receiving bachelor’s degrees in business and biology, she pursued her lifelong dream of becoming a veterinarian. Dr. Saletros graduated from University of Pennsylvania’s School of Veterinary Medicine in 1999. Her interests include preventative care, emergency medicine and internal medicine. Dr. Saletros believes strongly in the human-animal bond and feels privileged to care for her client’s pets. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and International Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Society. Wildlife conservation, travel, videography, kayaking and horseback riding (with her Quarterhorse, Joe) are among her interests.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with family, friends, her Japanese Chin mix, Sayuri and Cheshire, her cat.
