Kindness and Caring-Darlene Waldron from Dannemora, NY
Pet Name: Angel
Blessings to all who work at the VCA Brown Animal Hospital. I had to bring my darling German Shepherd -Angel- to be put down because of medical issues, she is in Animal Heaven now suffering no longer. She was a rescue hence the name 'Angel' and was abused, my heart aches with her loss and I cannot thank the staff at VCA Brown enough for their kindness.
Wonderful lifelong care for our dog Kadima-Megivern Family from South Burlington, VT
Pet Name: Kadima
Our dog Kadima was a 4 year old rescued stray living at the Humane Society when we adopted him. He lived there for 5 months, was passed over for adoption several times, and had already been taken to Brown Animal Hospital before we met him. He was a big goofball friendly cuddly dog of mixed ancestry. Over the next 11 years, Kadima was a regular visitor at BAH. He was always treated with friendliness, courtesy, and the best of professional care by the staff.
Dr. Averill tended to Kadima almost 6 months ago during a medical crisis. She applied expertise and wisdom, and certainly maximized Kadima's welfare and happiness in his final months.
Brown Animal Hospital was an important part of Kadima's life. We are grateful.
Professional and Compassionate-Jan Hollar from St. Albans, VT
Pet Name: Jesse and Liza
It was suggested by my previous vet in another state to stay with VCA, and I am so glad I took her advice. There are at least a dozen vets closer to my home, but its worth the drive to not only get such highly knowledgeable Drs. with the most resources, but to get the level of professionalism and compassion from the entire staff at Brown. They always take the time to talk about any concerns I may have, explain treatments, get me in quickly for emergencies, even call me at home to check on how my pets are doing, all done with the utmost sincerity. It's obvious how much the staff at VCA Brown cares about what they do, which is why I would never take my cats anyplace else.
