Anita was born and raised in Santa Monica. She has always had a special bond and affection for all animals. She has worked at VCA Brentwood since 1990 and treats all her animals patients as if they were her own. She has three cats of her own: Cecilia, Joey and Bugsy, and has fostered many animals over the years. Anita enjoys exploring books and music store and has an eclectic collection of her own.
Britney began working at VCA Brentwood shortly after graduating from UCLA with a bachelors of Science in biology. In her spare time, she volunteers at the California Wildlife Center and spends time with her golden retriever Riley.

Manuel Tovar is a Registered Veterinary Technician with over twenty two years of experience working in veterinary hospitals in the Los Angeles and South Bay area.
Manuel's father was a banker in Torreon, Coahuila, Mexico and his job took him to local farms to inspect livestock. Growing up Manuel always loved animals and he often travelled to the farms with his father. These visits inspired him to attend the Universidad de Antionio Narro where he received his Medico Veterinary Zoologist (Doctorate in Veterinary Zoology).
Manuel has lived in Lomita for many years and considers it his hometown. He enjoys working out and keeping physically fit. He and his son are also avid sports fans; football and baseball are their favorites.
Manuel has been working at VCA Brentwood as the Surgery Technician for the last eleven years. He particularly enjoys educating and developing relationships with the clients at VCA Brentwood.
