ONLY one to trust

-H. from Out of State, NC
Pet Name: Tank, Hershel, Grady, Murphy

While living in PTC, we relied strongly on the BVAH Vets and staff to care for our cats. Even though we now live out of state, when flying out of ATL, we trust VCABVAH to care for them while we travel. Thanks to Mary Kay and the TEAM!

Kudos to Dr. Lea and Staff

-Steven Fraas from Peachtree City, GA
Pet Name: DC

Braelinn Village Animal Hospital staff, and Dr. Christopher Lea, DVM, were absolutely fantastic during a recent health event with our 14 year old Maine Coon, DC. Over the course of 3 months, we received the best care and guidance possible. In the end we had to make a quality of life decision for our pet. We cannot say enough good things about the professionalism, caring, personal attention, and support from all the folks at Braelinn Village Animal Hospital. Thank you.

Thank You So Very Much

Pet Name: Kandi

I would like to thank Dr Baker and the staff for the wonderful care they gave to our Kandi girl. Dr Baker is amazing. She was always there for us when things started to go downhill. She did everything in her power to keep Kandi comfortable and helped us decide when it was time to let her go. She is very sensitive to your needs and feelings. I will always be grateful to Dr Baker. She continues to care for our other dogs and I know that they are getting the best care possible. Thank you Dr Baker and the rest of the staff. Julie and Danny Schwab

I can never say enough good things about VCA Braelinn Village Animal Hospital. I have been taking all my pets to this clinic since 2004 I believe. Without a doubt I trust everyone there, they know me, they know my critters by name and from the front office to everyone in the back, they truly are a Godsend. And what can I tell you about Dr. Mann? Well, I just there were "human" doctors that care about us as he does about the pets he treats. I trust Dr. Mann completely with my 4 cats and 2 dogs. I have also seen other Doctors when Dr. Mann is unavailable and have been extremely pleased. I will NOT ever take them anywhere else but here. Thank you all for being so patient, so caring and such a blessing to me and my fur-babies.

Thank you for caring

-Philip Winters from Senoia, GA
Pet Name: Sammie

My beloved dog, Sammie, was at the end of her life after suffering some form of stroke or tumor (she was 16 years old). I made the gut wrenching decision to euthanize her after watching her suffer from balance issues and lose weight consistently for about one month. I had no idea whether I was doing the right thing and it was much harder than I expected it to be. The veterinarian on staff for my appointment (Dr. Julie Baker) and the technician (Traci Weaver) were so pleasant and supportive. They explained the entire procedure to my daughter and I and never once made us feel guilty. Even the receptionist (sorry - I didn't catch her name) could sense the angst she was feeling for me and my daughter. When it was over and I was still wresting with doubt as to whether I did the right thing, Dr. Weaver (almost knowingly) told me that I made the right decision and that I should be at peace with the decision. I'm not typically an emotional or hugging type of guy but she could sense that I needed a hug and offered one. I can't think about getting another pet right now but if/when I do, I won't hesitate to bring it to VCA Braelinn Village hospital for all of it's care. THANK YOU to the entire staff! Sincerely, Phil Winters
