Chris Lea, DVM, Medical Director

Raised in central Alabama, Dr. Lea graduated from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1999 with honors. Dr. Lea moved to Newnan, Georgia in 2002 has since been practicing veterinary medicine in the southern crescent. His interests include internal medicine, radiology, dentistry, and soft tissue surgery. In addition, Dr. Lea has completed training in ultrsonography. He holds state licensure in Georgia and Alabama and is a federally accredited Veterinarian. Dr. Lea has been a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association for the past 14 years, and is a volunteer at the Fayette County Humane Society. He has been to Dr. Kathleen Lea, audiologisy, since 1999 and is very proud of his two sons, Cavan and Luke. Other family members include his two dogs, Lucy and Brady, and two chinchillas, Cuppo and the three legged Grimmy. Dr. Lea is a memeber of St. George Catholic Chirch in Newnan GA, and his interests include camping, hiking, and mountain biking with family as well as college football.
