    Pet Name: Krauzer

I want to thank Dr Edwards and the most excellent staff at the Newport News VCA Blvd. Animal Hospital. The situation with my Krauzer (cat) was almost dire. because I believe in God, Our Savior Jesus Christ as well as prayer Krauzer will be with our family for a while longer. I will refer this facility every chance I get especially Dr Edwards. Thank you again.

  • Lex Leonard Davis care

-Perry and Nancy Davis from Newport News, VA
    Pet Name: Lex Leonard Davis

Thanks to the staff and especially Dr. Edwards for all your support the past couple weeks. I know you did all you could considering Lex's condition. The effort and honesty is so greatly appreciated by me & the family. After experiencing years of terrible customer service from another local vet office, we are so impressed with your staff and how things are handled at Boulevard. We look forward to bringing our other pets to you.

  • VCA Docs are AWESOME

-Bill Ahlman from Newport News, VA
Pet Name: Hyde--new pet is Austin

About 4 years ago, Dr. Edwards save my dog Hyde's life by x-raying and surgery. She called me often to report on his progress, and he did fine after that. Then this past week, Hyde, who was now 14 yrs old, became ill. Dr Edwards saw him in the waiting room and came to see him and examine him, even though my appt. was to see Dr. Poorman. Dr. Poorman then did x-rays, and explained everything to me. Although I had to make that painful decision to allow Hyde to be put out of his pain, Dr. Poorman was so understanding and kind to Hyde and to me. I am adopting a new shelter dog, and I have already made his first appt with VCA Blvd. THEY ARE FANTASTIC!!!!!!

  • always great service

-Greg Eby from Neport News, VA
    Pet Name: Duffy Fudge Brownie

I first used Boulevard Boarding services many years ago after I checked out their dog runs and attention to constant care and allowing the dogs loving attention and access to the outside. One trip on vacation many miles from home I was called on my cell about Duffy's severe Ear infection which was spotted by their trained staff. If untreated would have worsened and been painful and given the distance away I was given an estimate and the treatment was reasonable and successfully worked as Duffy was in great shape when I arrived home days later. By using VCA Boulevard in Newport News, I had the peace of mind that Duffy would be safe, healthy and Happy due to the 3 types of service they provide! 1) Boarding grade A+ 2) caring Vets and staff grade A 3) complete Grooming services grade A+++. with Tina onboard to have an experienced groomer that is so caring and passionate about her job and the animals care is so reassuring and really completes the already great staff they have. Whether a planned vacation or a short grooming visit Duffy enjoys and is Happy that he got to see and feel the special treatment the staff provides including the perky greeting as you arrive. Thank again for your special caring you give me and my Bassett Hound Duffy.
