Customer Service and Quality Care-Peter Tartaglione from Boca Raton, FL
Pet Name: Dixie
Let me start by saying, everyone at Boca Greens is fantastic. They treat my Dixie like she is part of the family. All the staff is kind and caring and bend over backwoods to treat Dixie and I with respect and the attention Dixie requires. Let's not forget about Dr. Christine Fellacher, never leaves a stone unturned when it comes to Dixie's needs and getting to the bottom of the problem. She's very professional and at the same time displays a true love not only with Dixie but to all animals she
treats. Boca Greens VCA is fortunate to have a doctor on staff like Christine Fellacher and my wife and I are blessed to have her treat our baby Dixie.

Expert Care and Attention-John from Boynton Beach, FL
Pet Name: Bella
I tried VCA (in Boca Raton, FL) because of family who highly recommended them. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the attention the staff gave everyone who walked in the door (people and pets). I have used their veterinary and boarding services. A+ to both. I feel very comfortable with the staff there and the quality of care has been first rate. Sometimes it's the attention to the small details that win you over. Well they covered the big and small ones with my family. I highly recommend them.

Pet Name: Sally
Last Friday my beagle Sally was experiencing dramatic trauma. She had a mass on her underside that ruptured. Needless to say, there was blood all over her and around the house. This was @ 5pm.
I called VCA Spanish River & Dr. Klein, who was the attending that day, had me bring over Sally. Concerned for her health and not wanting her to suffer through the long weekend, decided to perform surgery that night at Boca Greens.
He got a vet tech to assist and by late Friday night, Sally had the mass removed. He and his staff took their personal time to help out my beagle. I will never forget their kindness.
No matter how it turns out, I will be forever grateful to Dr. Klein and his staff for their kindness to my beagle. Sally has had it rough these past few years, but thanks to Dr. Klein (and her personal vet Dr. Greenland) she's had much love and kindness provided to her through their concern for her health and well being.
They truely CARE.-Wyatts Mom from Boca Raton, FL
I have been bringing my "Fatty Fatty", aka Wyatt, to VCA Boca Greens since he I adopted him at 8 weeks old in August of 2008. Since then he has had a few problems but each and every time with wonderful results! Recently, Wyatt encountered a piece of glass in his paw while romping on the the grass in a public area. Not only was it a Sunday, but it was 7:30 in the evening :( Dr. Kline met me at the hospital and repaired his paw. He was also very good with the distraught "Mom". His "bedside manner" is wonderful. The entire staff has been over the top with their care for Wyatt from day one and I received two calls the next day to inquire about his status, including a call from Dr. Fellacher (his regular Vet)...
Thanks Boca Greens-Nancy S from Boca Raton, FL
I have been bringing my dogs to Boca Greens for over six years and I am very pleased with the quality of care they always receive and the customer service I have come to enjoy from the professionals and staff.
In addition to my two, I’ve brought in many dogs I foster after they’ve been rescued. The doctors and techs are so compassionate and the assistants and front desk personnel very attentive and friendly; It’s so nice when you walk in they all know you and your dogs by name.
A "shout-out" to Leslie who always asks me where Scout is when I’m in with Shayna or one of the rescues. Scout loves you too!

Jack in the Box Loves Boca Greens and Staff-Gina Ross Howard Robin from Boca Raton, FL
Pet Name: JACK
We rescued a 2 1/2 yr old Smokey Tabby from the Humane Society in May, 2010 named "JACK". He had acquired an URI while at the humane society. We were referred to Boca Greens and a wonderful doctor by the name of Elizabeth Waugh and an caring & compassionate office manager Bobbie Young. Dr. Waugh treated "Jack" as if he was her own. Matter of fact, numerous times she stated that she wished he was her own. Dr. Waugh also declawed him for us with the laser process and he recovered well. We are now on a first name basis with the entire front end staff and we love them all as if they were family. We would especially like to send out kudos to Bobbie for her caring and compassionate feelings towards us and to "Jack". If there is one thing that we could say about the entire staff is "WONDERFUL CARE AND TREATMENT". There are many animal hospitals in Boca Raton, but this one is superb and will always be our choice of hospitals for our pets. We highly recommend them to anybody in search of animal care.
We Love VCA-Paul and Ellen Budish from Boca Raton, FL
First and Foremost, we LOVE VCA. My wife and I own 4 (four) beautiful dogs, and we have been loyal customers/clients of Dr. Chris Fellacher for many years. From the onset, Dr. Fellacher has been a different kind of vet. During both happy and sad times, Dr. Fellacher was a straight shooter. Our pets that were sick were given the best medicinal care and throughout the years, Dr. Fellacher has been there treating, performing complicated surgeries and even putting down our pets that were terminally ill.
My story is truly sad for the most part, it begins right now. On Friday, May 14, 2010 at 11:10PM, my wife and I were suddenly awakened by a series of loud, howls and screams. We raced into the kitchen and saw the Yorkshire Terrier (Hereafter referred to as Mickey) completely twisted and contorted. Initially, we thought one of our larger dogs attacked and mangled him. Throughout these confusing initial minutes, we realized that he was having multiple seizures with thick mucus and blood coming out of his mouth.
My wife was hysterical! The whole house awoke and within seconds, five (5) adults and two (2) children were crying in the kitchen. In a panicked state, we picked up Mickey but his contorted twisted body was hard to hold. I immediately called Dr. Fellacher's personal cell phone and woke her up. She listened patiently while we yelled and tried to explain what was transpiring. Throughout the commotion, my daughter Samantha found a badly mutilated toad by the rear patio door that we assumed Mickey attacked. Despite not being on call, Dr. Fellacher stated "Bring him to the Animal Hospital". While we raced to your facility, 6 more full-blown seizures occurred. We arrived at VCA within minutes and found Dr. Fellacher stating in the carport already waiting for us. As we pulled up, she reached inside the drivers side window and pulled Mickey through the same. Dr. Fellacher raced through the facility and into an already opened and set up procedure room. An IV was waiting and while I held Mickey, she shaved his leg and commenced working on the dog. I stood by and watched while more seizures occurred. Finally at 2:00AM, the dog slept and we waited.
Dr. Fellacher explained that due to the vast number of seizures and unfortunate delay in recognizing the poisonous toad, Mickey was in rough shape. At 2:30 in the morning after a total of 11 separate seizures with multiple IVs and injections, Mickey rested and we waited.
Dr. Fellacher held our dog for hours. At 3:00AM, the dog awoke and was extremely weak. By 4:00AM, we were exhausted and deeply drained and we thanked Dr. Fellacher for all that she did. Mickey was stable and prior to leaving we apologized for the whole incident. To make matters worse, Dr. Fellacher's sister was getting married in a few hours and she was part of the wedding party. Dr. Fellacher had not slept for 24 hours and still put the welfare of her prior commitments and obligations. The next day Dr. Fellacher called us twice, initially to make sure that the dog was doing well and later on to make sure that we were ok! As the day progressed Mickey was fine. No brain damage, no complications, and our 1-year-old-puppy seemed no different then the day before. We repeatedly thanked Dr. Fellacher as well as Bobbie Young (hospital manager) for their work ethics and truly caring attitudes. On multiple occasions, we have spoke with Bobbie Young about our pets and she bends over backwards, allowing us to rush in for unscheduled visits, insisting that it is her pleasure to work with us.
We feel extremely fortunate to be a part of VCA Boca Greens Animal Hospital and hope that Dr. Fellacher and Bobbie Young's compassion and professional work ethics won't go unnoticed.
There are many qualified Veterinary clinics in this area, however, finding people like Dr. Fellacher and Bobbie that actually care is very rare.
Thank you for all efforts extended on our behalf,
Paul and Ellen Budish
