Veterinary Tech School: Globe College
I attended Globe College and graduated in 2003 as a Veterinary Technician. I completed my internship at Bloomington Animal Hospital and have been here ever since. I enjoy everyday caring for pets and their owners; its never the same day twice. I have a Chinese Crested named Tator, a cat named Nala, and I am fostering a horse named Mia. I love playing with them all. So does my daughter Keara. I am especially interested in animal behavior and training.

I started at BAH in August 2006 as Client Relations. I graduated from Argosy University in 2009 and now work in all areas of the hospital. I like working here because my job is so much fun and everyone is so friendly. I love to spend my time hanging out with friends, studying, camping and having campfires.

Veterinary Tech School: Medical Institute of Minnesota
I graduated from the Medical Insitute of Minnesota (now called Argosy University) in 1995. I started working here at Bloomington Veterinary Hospital soon after completing my internship at the U of M. I had worked here for almost 10 years when I decided to stay home with my 2 children. Once my daughter was in school fulltime, I returned back to work. I have lived in Bloomington my whole life and currently have a golden retreiver, Roxey and 2 cats, Griffen and Paige.

I began working at Bloomington Veterinary Hospital in August of 1999. I'm originally from Eagle River, WI where I worked at a veterinary clinic from 8th grade up until I graduated from high school in 1996. I went to UW-River Falls and then moved to the Twin Cities in 1998. I've worked the overnights at BAH ever since I was hired by Dr. James Sweeney. I like the responsibility that affords me and the fact that I have gained the trust of my co-workers and clients to care for and monitor their patients and your pets. I feel that our twenty four hour nursing care is something that separates us from other clinics in the Twin Cities area. I pride myself on treating every animal I have the opportunity to care for as if it were my own.
This works out well for me since all of my pets (two dogs & two cats) live on Marco Island, in Florida, therefore I live vicariously through other peoples pets. When not working at BAH, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, cheering on my favorite sports teams, cooking, and traveling. -
