Pet Adoptions
We are deeply committed to the health and well being of every pet, not just the pets in our care. That is why we work with local shelters to help lost and abandoned animals in our community find new homes.
It isn't just our hospital. The entire family of VCA Animal Hospitals works with shelters and humane societies across the United States to promote successful pet adoptions.
Part of that work is helping you prepare for adopting a pet, because we believe that an informed owner is more likely to adopt the right pet and less likely to return the animal to the shelter. Please feel free to call or visit us for educational information and medical resources that will help you understand the ups and downs of pet adoption.
When you're ready to adopt, please consider adopting an animal from one of the shelters listed below. Together we can make sure your adopted pet has a long, healthy, and happy life.
