  • Technician Supervisor

    Lucille Brooks

    Lucille has been at VCA Blackstone since 2008 and has excelled very quickly in learning many clinical skills. She has recently been promoted to Technician Supervisor.  She is invaluable when it comes to helping staff with computer-based projects. She is a 2002 graduate of Grafton High School. Lucille shares her home with her husband Kenn and their energetic and entertaining son, Zac and their newest addition Aiden who was born July 2010. She also has 1 dog, Rufus, a chocolate lab and 2 cats, Baby and Gracie and a Goffin Cockatoo named Zucco, a Russian Tortoise named Myrtle.


  • Technician

    Debora Flannery

    Debora graduated from SUNY Delhi's Veterinary Technology program in 1995.  She spent all of her life caring for animals, before and after graduation.  One of her passions is dog training.  She won many awards as Junior Handler in the dog shows.  Debora has raised many dogs who have earned their Canine Companions of Independence.  She is looking forward to a long career with VCA Blackstone Valley.  Debora has three children that love helping with their two dogs, "Shug" their Whippet and "Jada" their Sheltie.  They all love to get in on training both dogs and Debora is pleased they are carrying on her passion to help educate owners and care for pets.


  • Veterinary Assistant

    Paige Horn
    School: UMASS Amherst, BS in Animal Science

    Paige has been with VCA Blackstone Valley since May 2012.  She has been a valuable additon to our hospital and is currently training to become a technician assistant. 

    She lives at home with her two blind cats, Sampson & Delilah, her dog, Lacey, 8 birds and a snake.

    In her spare time, Paige enjoys horseback riding, going to the beach and hanging out with friends.
